・During your period:
It’s best to avoid bathing. If necessary, use only the shower.

・Mind your hair: Don’t drip water on the floor.
・Share dryers: Clean up after use and take turns.
・Use cosmetics politely: Keep it minimal in shared spaces.
・Drink water: Stay hydrated after your bath.
・Wear yukata correctly: Left side over right.
