All prices displayed on this website are in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include applicable taxes.
Full payment is required in advance via Stripe using a supported payment method.
A booking is confirmed only after payment has been successfully received.

Service Delivery

Services will be provided on the agreed date, time, and meeting location stated in the booking confirmation.

Guest Cancellations

• Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled tour are eligible for a 100% refund, excluding any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by the payment provider.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled tour are non-refundable.

If RENTAL JAPANESE cancels a confirmed booking due to circumstances within our control and no suitable alternative can be arranged, a full refund will be issued.
