Cancellation&Refund policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment: Free of charge
• Cancellations made within 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee
• Same-day or no-show: 100% cancellation fee
• We’ll do our best to accommodate changes if your schedule shifts.

• Wagyu plan: Please note that the WAGYUMAFIA plan is non-refundable once the reservation is confirmed.
  Due to the exclusive nature of the restaurant, we are unable to offer refunds or accept cancellations after booking.
