 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We only had two days in Tokyo and wanted to make the most of our time, so we booked Rental Japanese to help us navigate from Shibuya to Harajuku and then on to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building.

Mayumi was absolutely wonderful! With two kids, three adults and two senior parents, getting around could have been challenging, but she made everything so easy. She navigated the trains, helped keep an eye on the kids while we explored the shops in Harajuku, and was warm, engaging and lovely throughout.

It felt like we were exploring Tokyo with a local friend. Thanks to Mayumi’s care and attention, we managed to see and experience so much in such a short time. A fantastic experience and one we’d highly recommend!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a great time and multiple tours with Sasaki and Naoki. Both are very knowledgeable and have different qualities. It is all customizable and super flexible. I am unsure of price levels because I don't have enough experience with that in Japan, but I did 3 tours and for me it was very well worth the money spend. He took us to authentic local spots we never would’ve found on our own, beautiful temples, and showed us the nightlife. Naoki is super knowledgeable, friendly, and always made sure we were having a great time.

Naoki showed us around for my husbands birthday, and created a curated, specialized evening based on what we were looking for! Such a great night, with izakaya style restaurants, divey bar pit stops, ending the night at a local music bar where we literally danced and sang the night away. 1000 percent could never have found or experienced what we did without Naoki. No. This is a private experience. You’ll go out with a Japanese local, not as part of a group tour.

Can solo travelers join?

Yes. Solo travelers are very welcome. We offer a special rate for solo guests. Feel free to message us for details.

How flexible is the nightlife plan?

Very flexible. We can change places, timing, or pace during the night based on how you feel.

Is it safe to go out at night?

Yes. You’ll be accompanied by a Japanese local who understands nightlife customs, rules, and areas to avoid.

Do I have to visit host clubs or themed bars?

No. All venues are optional. We decide together based on your interests and comfort level.

Is there an age limit?

There’s no strict age limit. The night is adjusted to match your preferences, pace, and vibe.
